Van der Valk in top three ‘Most customer-friendly company in the Netherlands 2019’.
On May 28, the 'Most customer-friendly company of the Netherlands' was announced for the twelfth time during The Customer Forum'; a new event about customer focus. The Customer Forum is an initiative of CustomerFirst and consumer panel company SAMR. The presentation of the awards took place during a festive eveneing at the SS Rotterdam.
Van der Valk received a nice third place as most customer-friendly company of the Netherlands. Van der Valk scored a 8,3 (out of 10) for customer satisfaction and came close to title holder De Efteling and runnder up Coolblue.

Ab de Bruijn, management of Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden, had the pleasure to receive the price. On behalf of the family he told how Van der Valk keep up the customer satisfaction. Ab de Bruijn: ‘’Hospitality is in our genes. The vision and attitude of founders Martien and Rie van der Valk is still an example for the current 4th generation of Van der Valk. We are therefore honored with this recognitions by our guests.
