Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim - Leiden has various multifunctional rooms available for XL Events in the congress centre on the first floor. These rooms are easy to secure and exclusivity can be guaranteed. We would like to consult you about the possibilities!
Flexible walls
Our conference centre has 5 multifunctional meeting rooms with flexible walls. This provides endless possibilities for large events! Different themes can easily be combined into one spectacular event. An authentic pub, a casino or an Italian lounge? No problem. Karaoke lounge? Let's do it! Personal branding, in which your own corporate identity is implemented in our hotel, is also one of the possibilities. Even the bicycle shed!
Conference room with car lift
In one conference room, Region 2, it is possible to place heavy materials in the room by means of a goods lift (scissor lift). This meeting room is particularly useful for meetings and product launches where large objects are displayed.

Exclusivity
The multifunctional rooms of our conference centre are the ideal 'all-in-one' location. They can be rented 100% exclusively and thanks to the flexible walls in five of the rooms on the first floor, room capacity can be increased to 500 people. All rooms are equipped with daylight, free Wi-Fi, sound system, beamer and screen.
On our coffee square and the roof terrace on the first floor, we can organise exclusive drinks to conclude your meeting and/or event.
Thanks to our three restaurants, the coffee square and the roof terrace, it is also possible to expand your event with an exclusive dinner or party, possibly with activities such as a pub quiz.

Exclusive parking area
