The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry

Silence after 10:00 PM. Please respect the peace of other guests.
Check-in requires valid ID from the main booker.
Visitors are allowed in the room until 10:00 PM after registration and ID-check at reception (maximum number applies).
(E)-smoking is only allowed on balconies or designated areas, please keep the balcony door closed.
Each room has sensitive smoke detectors. Any Tampering with these is strictly prohibited.
Do not use emergency exits; the front office will be alerted via an alarm.
No outside food or delivery services.
No weapons and/or drugs (including nitrous oxide) are allowed.
Show respectful behavior towards staff and fellow guests.
We respect your privacy but are authorized to enter the room in case of (expected) rule violations.
Pets are not allowed.
All suites require a €150 deposit to be paid in advance. After inspection, you will receive the deposit back through the same payment channel.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the (immediate) termination of your stay without refund (including deposit).
