You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 PM on the day before On your arrival date. After that, 100% of the first night will be charged. The 'non-refundable' rates cannot be canceled.

If your reservation was made through another party (booking, expedia, etc.), you should contact that party for your cancellation.

Your room key card has a sensitive magnetic strip. Therefore, do not place it too close to mobile devices and/or magnets, as this can affect the strip. If your card is not working anymore, please report to the reception.

All our suites feature a hot tub, except for the South Suite and the Casino Suite.

In every room, there is a minibar available. The minibar does not cool, but it keeps items cool. That is the difference with a refrigerator. No, the entire hotel is smoke-free, smoking in the room is not allowed. A zero-tolerance policy is also in place.

You can check out until 12:00. If you would like to use the hotel room for a longer period, you can request a late check-out, subject to availability. It is not possible to request a late check-out for our suites.

Then you can enjoy a Lazy Sunday for free if you have booked a room from Saturday to Sunday. This way, you can enjoy a late check-out until 5:00 PM. This allows you to take it easy in the morning.

No, unfortunately dogs, cats, and other pets are not allowed in the rooms.

Yes, we have a covered bicycle parking area that you can use for free. If the bicycle parking area is full, you can even bring your bike inside one of our rooms (if available). Please ask at the reception for more information!

Our hotel has seven luxury suites. Each suite has its own theme, with different facilities. The casino suite is one of our five luxurious suites, which is designed with a nod to Jack's Casino. The suite has all the facilities to relax and unwind; a king-size bed, a spacious seating area with a flat-screen TV, a lovely shower, and a large bathtub.

The gold-colored ceiling, the marble coffee table, and crystal lamps beautifully complement the classic black decor. The dance pole and the mirrored ceiling complete this extravagant suite.
