What to expect at the Tex-Mex buffet?

🥣 Starters & cold dishes: Start your evening with a selection of fresh and spicy Tex-Mex starters. Taste the creamy Mexican corn soup (Elote soup) with coriander and a hint of lime, or the mildly spicy black bean soup with roasted peppers. Enjoy dips like guacamole with tortilla chips, a trio of salsas (tomato, mango, and jalapeño), and the classic sour cream dip with nachos. Cold Tex-Mex wraps and a spicy bean salad with kidney beans, peppers, and corn complete the start of your meal.

🔥 Live Cooking & main dishes: At our Live Tex-Mex Grill Station, everything is freshly prepared on the grill or in the Mibrasa oven: juicy picanha, tender spare ribs, butterfly chicken, grilled steak strips fajita-style, and spicy pulled chicken in chipotle sauce. For seafood lovers, there are garlic, lime, and coriander prawns, and for vegetarians, a grilled vegetable fajita with black beans. Serve your dish with tortillas, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, grated cheese, coriander, and lime.

The hot buffet includes Tex-Mex comfort food classics: chili con carne with beef, beans, and peppers, crispy quesadillas with chicken and cheese, a nacho casserole with minced beef and cheddar, Tex-Mex rice with vegetables and corn, grilled corn ribs with herb butter, roasted sweet potato cubes, and a Mexican vegetable mix with peppers, zucchini, and red onion.

🍞 Side dishes: Mini tacos and wraps, lime rice, cornbread, refried black beans, and nachos with melted cheese complete the experience.

🍰 Desserts: End your evening with sweet treats: churros with cinnamon sugar and chocolate sauce, lime cheesecake with coconut crumble, pineapple in rum and honey (alcohol-free option available), mini tres leches cake, and fresh fruit with chili and lime.

Pricing:

  • Adults: € 54.50 p.p.
  • Teens (13–17 years): € 48.50 p.p.
  • Children (3–12 years): € 27.50 p.p.

Prices include house wine, draft beer, water, soft drinks, and coffee/tea. Maximum 6 alcoholic drinks per person.

How to reserve:

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking a table in advance for the buffet.

Please note:

  • We do our best to keep the buffet well stocked; however, some specialties (such as premium dishes) are available in limited quantities.
  • Tables for the buffet can be reserved between 5:30 and 6:00 PM. The buffet lasts until approximately 8:30 PM. After 6:00 PM, no reservations will be accepted.
  • We cannot guarantee table preferences regarding size or location, but we will always reserve a comfortable table suitable for your group.
  • For groups of more than 10 people, it may not always be possible to have one long table.
  • A deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day at the restaurant.
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days in advance.
