Museon | The Hague
Museon is an interactive museum for culture and science in The Hague. This is about the future of our planet and its inhabitants. Museon offers the visitor a dynamic, museum-like learning environment, in which he is inspired to commit himself to an earth that is livable for everyone. In the museum you will become acquainted with various questions that prompt you to think about a solution. Museon believes it is important that there is room for discussion and debate, because as they themselves say: 'the search for solutions is seldom a straight path.' The various guided tours that Museon has to offer allow you to discover the museum in a pleasant and educational way.
Museon can be reached within an hour by public transport. Sassenheim railway station is a 10-minute walk from our hotel. From here you can take the train to NS Leiden Central Station and then change to the next train to NS Station Den Haag Central. Once you get off you can travel by tram to Museon. We recommend that you plan your journey for the most current departure times on the NS website.
In about 25 minutes you can reach Museon by car from our hotel. You can park your car in the parking lot in front of the Omniversum or on the street around the Museon. For both, parking is free until 1:00 PM and from that time it costs € 1.95 per hour. You can also park your car in the World Forum parking garage, entrance A from Churchillplein. You can get an exit ticket of € 6.00 at the Museon box office. From entrance B, on the Johan de Witlaan, no exit tickets are available at Museon. So make sure you enter the parking garage from entrance A!

Fancy a bike ride? Then you can rent one of our top quality bicycles at the reception of our hotel. Get on your bike and go out! Within 1.5 hours you can reach Museon. Would you like to visit other places from the museum? Both Scheveningen beach and the center of The Hague can be reached within 10 minutes from Museon.
