What to expect at this Dutch buffet?
🥣 Starters & cold dishes: Start your evening with a selection of traditional Dutch classics and fresh salads. Taste the creamy mustard soup with leeks and bacon, or enjoy the smooth pumpkin soup with cream and pumpkin seeds. For fish lovers, we offer fresh herring with onions and pickles, and lightly smoked trout with horseradish sauce. Our refreshing salads, such as potato salad with beef, egg, and pickles or the farmer’s salad with potato, green beans, and bacon, complete the perfect start.
🔥 Live Cooking & hot dishes: At our Live ‘Hollandse Pan’ station, you can choose your favorite ingredients and watch them being prepared live: juicy beef tips with gravy and onions, tender pork medallions with mushrooms, chicken satay with peanut sauce and atjar, or delicate salmon fillet with lemon-butter sauce. For vegetarians, we offer a delicious mushroom ragout in puff pastry.
At the hot buffet, you’ll find Dutch comfort food classics such as beef stew with red wine and carrots, kale stamppot with smoked sausage and gravy, and hutspot with pulled meat. Fish lovers will enjoy baked plaice fillet with remoulade and crispy battered fish (kibbeling) with remoulade. Seasonal roasted vegetables and rosemary sea-salt potatoes complete the experience.
🍞 Sides: Fresh bread assortment with herb butter and tapenade, fries or potato croquettes, classic sauerkraut, carrots, and peas, complemented by sweet treats such as applesauce and stewed pears.
🍰 Desserts: End your evening with a selection of traditional and surprising Dutch desserts: from vanilla custard with whipped cream and strained yogurt with red fruits and honey, to apple crumble with cinnamon and vanilla sauce, mini tompoucen, boerenjongens ice cream or stroopwafel parfait, and a fresh fruit and cheese platter with grapes and nuts.

Pricing:
- Adults: € 54.50 p.p.
- Teens (13–17 years): € 48.50 p.p.
- Children (3–12 years): € 27.50 p.p.
Prices include house wine, draft beer, water, soft drinks, and coffee/tea. Maximum 6 alcoholic drinks per person.
How to reserve:
To avoid disappointment, we recommend reserving a table in advance for the buffet.
Please note:
- We do our best to keep the buffet well stocked; however, some specialties (such as premium dishes) are available in limited quantities.
- Tables can be reserved between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM. The buffet lasts until approximately 8:30 PM. After 6:00 PM, no further reservations will be accepted.
- We cannot guarantee table preferences regarding size or location, but will always reserve a comfortable and suitable table.
- For groups of more than 10 people, it may not always be possible to have one long table.
- A deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day at the restaurant.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days in advance.
