Room features

Region Room 1 offers a modern and spacious environment, enhanced by natural daylight and equipped with modern audiovisual technologies. The soundproof walls and acoustic ceiling create a calm and focused atmosphere. With an area of 175 m², this room is perfectly suited for various setups, from theater and cabaret setups to boardroom and U-shaped setups, and more. Additionally, the room is wheelchair accessible, and the lighting can be adjusted according to preference via the touchscreen panel.

Capacity and flexibility in room setup

Region Room 1 can accommodate up to 150 people in a theater setup, 72 people in a cabaret setup, 84 people in a classroom setup, 28 people in a boardroom setup, 35 people in a U-shaped setup, and 45 people in a square setup. For gala dinners, up to approximately 96 people can be accommodated, and for receptions, up to approximately 200 people. For larger groups, the room can be combined with other regional rooms, up to a maximum area of 612 m².

Service and support

Our dedicated sales team is located on the same floor as the conference center, ensuring that there is always a point of contact nearby during your event. Additionally, our rooms are equipped with a Service Caller, allowing you to easily request assistance from our staff from the room.
