The lighting in the room can be adjusted according to preference with the touchscreen panel.

Capacity and flexibility in room setup

With an area of 98 m², Region Room 5 can accommodate up to 78 people in a theater setup, 36 people in a cabaret setup, 28 people in a classroom setup, 20 people in a board setup, 26 people in a U-shaped setup, and 34 people in a square setup. For gala dinners, the room can accommodate up to 72 people, and for receptions up to 100 people. For larger groups, the room can be combined with other region rooms, up to a maximum area of 612 m².

Flexible layout and connectivity options

Thanks to the sliding walls, Region Room 4-5 can easily be connected to other region rooms, allowing the total area of the meeting room to be increased. This provides flexibility for larger events or conferences.
