- Refunds on previously made reservations are not possible.

- When a third person is staying in the hotel room, a roll-away bed will be placed in the room (based on availability)
- Only bookable with an arrival on december 25th or 26th (based on availability);
- Due to the availability of the Christmas dinner and the places reserved for it in our restaurant, a full deposit is required for this package.
- Changes in the number of persons and/or special dietary or allergy requirements can be made until 18 December at the latest. Any overpayments will be refunded to your account within 2 weeks after Christmas;
- Cancellation free of charge is possible until December 9th, at the latest. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your account.
