Start with fresh Tex-Mex starters: corn soup, black bean soup, guacamole, salsas, wraps, and a bean salad.
🔥 Live Cooking & main dishes
At the Live “Tex-Mex Grill Station” we prepare picanha, spare ribs, chicken, steak strips, and prawns. Vegetarian grilled veggie fajitas are also available.
🍲 Warm buffet classics & sides
Chili con carne, quesadillas, nacho casserole, rice, corn ribs, sweet potato, and Mexican vegetables. Mini tacos, wraps, and cornbread complete the meal.
🍰 Desserts & dietary options
Finish with churros, lime cheesecake, mini tres leches, or fruit with chili. Various vegetarian options are available.

Reservation for the dinner buffet is necessary. We would like to draw your attention to the following:
We do our best to keep the buffet well stocked; however, some specialties (such as premium dishes) are available in limited quantities.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept preferences regarding the size and/or location of your table. We will always reserve a cozy table for you.
For groups of 10 people or more, it is not always possible to guarantee one long table.
We kindly ask you to make a deposit when making the reservation. The remaining amount should be paid on the day at the hotel.
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days in advance.
