Note: Many of our guests bring their own bikes to the hotel. For this reason, bikes are not included as standard in the package. However, you can rent bikes from our rental service if desired!

Bike rental

Bikes are available for rent at our reception (exclusive for hotel guests) and can be reserved via an online booking platform. You can choose between regular bikes and e-bikes (subject to availability). Hotel guests will receive an email a few days before arrival with a link to the platform. Booking is not required but is recommended, especially in spring and summer when it can get busy!

Covered bike storage

At Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim - Leiden, we offer secure bike storage in our parking lot, including a charging point for e-bikes. The bike storage area is accessible with your room key card.
