We warmly welcome you to our hotel. To ensure that all our guests can enjoy a pleasant, safe, and worry-free stay, we have a set of house rules. These rules are designed to create a comfortable environment where everyone can feel at ease. We kindly ask you to read these house rules carefully and adhere to them.
Peace and respect
How we treat each other
We consider it important that everyone in our hotel feels at home. This means that guests treat each other with respect and do not cause disturbance.
From 10:00 PM, a quiet period applies throughout the hotel. This means that music, TV, and conversations must not disturb other guests.
We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, aggression, intimidating, or disruptive behavior towards staff or other guests.
In case of violation of this rule, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures.
Identification & safety policy
For your safety and ours
At check-in, a valid form of identification is required. All guests must register and provide identification.
Visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM but must report to the reception in advance and provide identification.
The maximum number of people per room corresponds to the number of available beds. Checks may be carried out if necessary.
Dress code
Public areas
We kindly ask guests to be dressed in public areas, with both upper and lower body covered.
For visiting the sauna, you can use a bathrobe (available for rent at the reception) and slippers (available for purchase at the reception). Lockers are available in the fitness and sauna areas (coin deposit €1).
Smoking policy
Our hotel is non-smoking
Our entire hotel, including all rooms, is non-smoking. This also applies to electronic smoking.
If smoke is detected in a room, we are obliged to use a special ozone cleaner; a fine of €100 will be charged.Smoking is only allowed on balconies or designated outdoor areas. Always keep the balcony door closed while smoking.
Tampering with or covering smoke detectors in any way is strictly prohibited. This poses a serious risk to the safety of guests and staff. In case of violation, we reserve the right to deny immediate access to the hotel.
Use of entrances and emergency exits
For your safety and ours
Use only the main entrances of the hotel.
Emergency exits are equipped with sensors and an acoustic alarm; the reception will be notified if they are used. These exits may only be used in case of emergency.
Food & drinks
Rules regarding food and beverages
It is not permitted to consume your own food in the hotel or in our restaurants.
Delivery services are not allowed; we do not provide plates, cutlery, or glasses for meals from external providers. You can make use of our room service or take-away from our own restaurants.
Glassware must remain inside or on the terrace.
Drugs, nitrous oxide & prohibited substances
Zero tolerance policy
The use or possession of drugs and/or nitrous oxide in and around the hotel is not allowed.
The possession of weapons is also prohibited.
