House rules

We warmly welcome you to our hotel. To ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable, safe, and worry-free stay, we have established a set of house rules. These rules are designed to create a pleasant environment for everyone. We kindly ask you to read and follow them carefully.

Quiet & Respect

  • It is important that all guests feel at home in our hotel. This means treating each other with respect and avoiding disturbances.
  • From 10:00 PM, a quiet period is in effect throughout the hotel. Music, TV, and conversations should not disturb other guests.

Identification & Safety

  • A valid form of identification is required at check-in. All guests must register and provide identification.
  • Visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM but must be registered in advance at the reception and show identification.
  • The maximum number of people per room equals the number of beds. Checks may be conducted if necessary.

Dress Code

  • Guests are requested to be appropriately dressed in public areas, covering both upper and lower body.
  • When using the sauna, you may use a bathrobe (rental at reception) and slippers (for sale at reception). Lockers are available at the fitness and sauna areas (€1 coin deposit).

Smoking Policy

  • All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes.
    If smoke is detected in a room, we must use an ozone machine to purify the air; a €100 fee will apply.
  • Smoking is only allowed on balconies or designated outdoor areas. Please keep balcony doors closed while smoking.
  • Tampering with or covering smoke detectors is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate denial of access to the hotel for safety reasons.

Entrances & Emergency Exits

  • Please use only the main entrances.
  • Emergency exits are equipped with alarms and sensors; the reception will be notified if opened. They should only be used in emergencies.

Food & Beverages

  • It is not permitted to consume outside food in the hotel or restaurants.
  • Delivery services are not allowed; we do not provide plates, cutlery, or glasses for outside meals. Guests can use our room service or Take Away from our restaurants.
  • Glassware should remain indoors or on the terrace.

Drugs, Nitrous Oxide & Prohibited Items

  • The use or possession of drugs and/or nitrous oxide is prohibited in and around the hotel.
  • Weapons are also strictly forbidden.

Behavior & Conduct

  • Discrimination, aggression, or intimidating behavior towards staff or other guests is not tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to take appropriate measures in case of violations.
