During a stay of multiple nights at our hotel, our Stay-over Service ensures that your room remains clean, comfortable, and well-kept. This service is performed by default unless you indicate “Do Not Disturb” using the room light or door hanger.
What to expect?
Contents of the stay-over service
Our Stay-over Service includes, among other things:
Making the beds (bedding is changed on request or by default every 3rd day of your stay)
Emptying trash bins and waste
Removing used glasses and dishes
Replacing towels (only towels on the floor; hanging towels are not replaced)
Restocking amenities such as shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and other hotel items
Cleaning the toilet, sink, mirror, and shower
Refilling coffee, tea, sugar, and coffee creamer

To ensure your peace and quiet
To ensure that you can fully enjoy comfort and peace during your stay, we would like to draw your attention to the following points regarding our Stay-over Service:
Stay-over Service cannot take place while guests are in the room. In that case, please inform the reception as soon as possible. Our team will then try to service your room later in the day.
We do not make the bed if personal belongings are on it. We do not move guests’ belongings. Therefore, we kindly ask you to remove all personal items from the bed before leaving the room.
