Come to the Live Cooking restaurant to enjoy our luxurious Christmas buffet with small appetizers, salads, fresh pizza from our own pizza oven, wok dishes, grilled meat and fish, side dishes, sauces, and a dazzling dessert buffet.

This Christmas special at Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden has been a beloved experience for years for both young and old, for hotel guests as well as guests from the region! Payment and cancellation terms

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept preferences regarding the size and/or placement of your table during the Live Cooking Deluxe Christmas brunch.

  • We will always reserve a cozy table for you and take into account the size of your party;

  • We would like to inform you that for groups of more than 10 people, it may not always be possible to guarantee one long table;

  • The reservation amount must be paid in full when making the reservation due to the spots in the restaurant that are reserved for you. If you make a reservation before October 1st, you will receive a payment link on that date to pay the amount.

  • Free cancellation is possible until December 9th. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your account.

  • Changes in the number of people and/or special dietary or allergy requirements can be communicated until December 18 at the latest. Any overpaid amounts will be refunded to your account within 2 weeks after Christmas.

The luxury Christmas buffet takes place in our cozy Live Cooking restaurant. Enjoy delicious dishes prepared live for you among the Christmas trees with young and old, the most fun children's activities, and of course, a visit from Santa Claus!
