- Not bookable in combination with other offers and / or vouchers.
- Refunds on previously made reservations are not possible.

- When a third person is staying in the hotel room, a roll-away bed will be placed in the room (based on availability)
- Can only be booked with an arrival on 24, 25 or 26 December (subject to availability)
- Modification, cancellation, and payment terms:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept preferences regarding the size and/or location of your table. We will always reserve a pleasant table for you, taking into account the size of your party.
- Please note that for groups of more than 8 people, it may not always be possible to guarantee one long table.
- Your reservation is final. Free cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival. Upon confirming your reservation, we require full prepayment.
- Changes to the number of guests can be made online up to 2 weeks in advance. If cancelled within the cancellation period, your payment will be refunded to your account (at the latest 1 week after Christmas).
- All our reservations are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (U.V.H.). A copy is available upon request.
