Terms of package

- Single supplement on request.
- Only bookable with arrival on December 24, 25 or 26 (subject to availability).
- Not valid in combination with other promotions and/or vouchers.
- Refunds for previously made reservations are not possible.

- When a third person is staying in the hotel room, a roll-away bed will be placed in the room (based on availability)
Modification, cancellation, and payment terms:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept seating preferences regarding table size and/or location. We will always reserve a pleasant table for you and take the size of your party into account.
- Please note that for groups of more than 8 people, it is not always possible to guarantee one long table.
- Your reservation is final. Free cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we require a full prepayment.
- Changes in number of guests can be made online up to 2 weeks in advance. In case of cancellation within the cancellation period, the payment will be refunded to your account (no later than 1 week after Christmas).
- All our reservations are subject to the “Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry” (U.V.H.), which can be sent upon request.
