The FishFestival on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Van der Valk hotel Sassenheim - Leiden is the ultimate food event for the fish lover! Includes hotel accommodation and sumptuous breakfast buffet!
In cooperation with fish and filleting specialist Arie Kuijt, we provide an evening-long programme with various demos and beautiful fish dishes. Alongside Arie, SVH-Masterchef and Executive Chef of our Nest restaurant, Rogér Rassin, as well as OZZO Oriental Restobar's Japanese Sushimaster chef, Takashi Nakanowatari, will also stimulate your senses during this spectacular evening.
Culinary fish show with overnight stay
With the FishFestival package, you will have a wonderful overnight stay in one of our spacious Comfort or Deluxe hotel rooms after the FishFestival and enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet in the Live Cooking buffet restaurant the next morning. Of course, as a hotel guest, you can make free use of the car park, high-speed Wi-Fi, Jack's Casino and the sauna and fitness room.
