Every two weeks on Saturday, you are invited to enjoy freshly prepared dishes, cooked live by our chefs. Choose from an extensive selection of dishes, ranging from international classics to local favorites, and create your plate exactly as you like it. A table reservation for Nest Buffet is required. The Live Cooking Buffet at Van der Valk has been a regional tradition during the holidays for many years; enjoy a warm and festive evening with family, with an extra lavish and celebratory buffet.
During certain seasons, we also offer special (themed) dinner buffets with a different concept than the regular Saturday evening buffet.

Booking for the dinner buffet is required. Please note:
Unfortunately, we cannot take requests regarding table size and/or location. We will always reserve a pleasant table for you.
For groups of 10 or more, it is not always possible to guarantee one long table.
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days in advance
