Prices include house wine, draft beer, water, soft drinks, and coffee/tea. Maximum of 6 alcoholic beverages per person.

Enjoy French classics such as lobster bisque, onion soup, fruits de mer, smoked salmon, pâté, shrimp salad and Salade Niçoise. Served with fresh bread and butter.
🔥 Live Cooking & hot dishes
Our chefs prepare: rack of lamb, côte de bœuf, boeuf bourguignon, coq au vin, salmon and bouillabaisse. Vegetarian options include Ratatouille Niçoise and creamy Gratin Dauphinois.
🍲 Side dishes
Fresh baguette and country bread with butter, complemented by warm potatoes and oven-roasted vegetables.
🍰 Desserts & dietary options
Finish with crème brûlée, Paris-Brest, tarte au citron, chocolate mousse, mini baba au rhum, macarons, canelés and fresh fruit. Various vegetarian options available.

Reservation for the dinner buffet is necessary. We would like to draw your attention to the following:
We do our best to keep the buffet well stocked; however, some specialties (such as premium dishes) are available in limited quantities.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept preferences regarding the size and/or location of your table. We will always reserve a cozy table for you.
For groups of 10 people or more, it is not always possible to guarantee one long table.
We kindly ask you to make a deposit when making the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the day at the hotel.
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days in advance.
