🧊 Cold Tapas & pintxos
Start with colorful tapas and pintxos: jamón serrano, goat cheese with honey, gazpacho shots, ensaladilla rusa, tortilla española, and a grand plateau de fruits de mer. Fresh bread with aioli and olive oil completes the round.
🔥 Live Cooking & main dishes
At the live cooking station, chefs prepare grilled prawns, garlic chicken, pork skewers, and fried squid. Paellas and raciones such as octopus and chorizo are served directly.
🥘 Paella & raciones
Try paella in mixed, seafood, or vegetarian versions, complemented by small shared dishes like octopus, chorizo, and fried aubergine with honey.
🍰 Salads, sides & desserts
Fresh salads, grilled vegetables, and bread form a light complement. Finish with crema catalana, churros, tarta de Santiago, and fresh fruit. Various vegetarian options available.

Reservation for the dinner buffet is necessary. We would like to draw your attention to the following:
We do our best to keep the buffet well stocked; however, some specialties (such as premium dishes) are available in limited quantities.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept preferences regarding the size and/or location of your table. We will always reserve a cozy table for you.
For groups of 10 people or more, it is not always possible to guarantee one long table.
We kindly ask you to make a deposit when making the reservation. The remaining amount should be paid on the day at the hotel.
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days in advance.
