Daytime reception
07:00 AM to 11:00 PM
During the day, our friendly reception team is ready to assist you personally at the desk or by phone. Whether it’s tips about the local area, information about our facilities, or special requests – we are happy to help.
We also offer a wake-up service: just give your desired time to the reception, and we will call you at the agreed time to wake you.
Night reception
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
At night, our night porter ensures a safe and quiet environment. He makes several rounds through the hotel to check that house rules are followed and is the contact person in case of any problems. For urgent situations, the night porter can be reached directly via the emergency phone in your room by dialing #9.
If there are unsafe situations, noise disturbances, or other forms of disruption, you can always contact our night porter. He will immediately take appropriate measures to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
