Game Event Package

Experience the new Game Event on Saturday, 14 November 2026 at restaurant PAARL, including a luxurious overnight stay, and book the Game Event Package. An evening full of nature, craftsmanship, and gastronomy, combined with the comfort of a luxurious stay and an extensive breakfast buffet.

During the Game Event, the hunting experts from Passie voor Wild will guide you through the world of hunting, game management, and preparing game for cooking. With more than 25 years of experience, they will show you up close how wild duck, hare, and venison are processed, while sharing insights about the animals and the importance of responsible game management in the Netherlands. In between, you will have the opportunity to taste freshly prepared game meat — a unique experience for true enthusiasts.

The culinary interpretation of the evening is led by executive chef and SVH Master Chef Rogér Rassin, who has created a refined five-course game dinner especially for this occasion. Each course is inspired by the animal featured in the demonstrations. The Game Event includes a wine pairing, with carefully selected wines served alongside each course.

With the Game Event Package, there is no need to travel home afterwards; you will stay overnight in one of our comfortable hotel rooms, allowing you to fully relax and reflect on the evening. The next morning, an extensive breakfast buffet awaits you — the perfect ending to an unforgettable culinary experience.

Please note: the Game Event at PAARL is (very) different from the Game Buffets at 't Nest Buffet (7, 20, and 21 November 2026). The Game Buffets do not include demonstrations, but you can enjoy traditional and surprising game dishes in buffet style. The Game Buffets can also be combined with a hotel package.
