The Kaagse Boer

When you visit Kaageiland, don't forget to visit De Kaagse Boer. De Kaagse Boer is a farm from 1850 and is at home in all markets. In addition to keeping livestock, this farmer also makes cheese and has its own cheese museum. Pay a visit to De Kaagse Boer and discover the history of the cheese factory and what makes the Boeren Leidse Kaas so special. After the tour you can enjoy a coffee or a delicious sandwich with homemade cheese on the terrace, with a view over the Kaag.
