Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden was completely renovated at the end of 2015 and has 16 multifunctional conference rooms. Our modern meeting rooms are warmly and attractively furnished and equipped with the latest technologies. Every event, conference or symposium is unique. Our Banquet Sales team knows this like no other and listens carefully to your wishes and ideas and will discuss all the options with you. Our goal is to make it an unforgettable, unique happening together with you.

In 2023, Van der Valk hotel Sassenheim - Leiden was again certified for 2 years by YOIN excellent meeting places after an audit, with an achieved score of 94%.

MeetingReview assesses annually whether a conference and event location may call itself a Star Location. Only MeetingReview partner venues that are active with a minimum of 10 reviews and have a review score of at least 8.0 are awarded this title. In short, trusted partners of the platform: locations that take their guests and the quality of their services seriously. A guarantee for a good meeting or event.
