Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim – Leiden has no fewer than 16 multifunctional rooms in the conference center on the first floor. Each meeting room has natural light and is equipped with the latest technologies. Sound, light, image and temperature are easy to operate via a touchscreen and thanks to the innovative service caller you can request support directly from our employees. In addition, each meeting room is warmly and attractively furnished, with an eye for detail and a lot of comfort.

Our meeting room in Sassenheim offers possibilities for different types of meetings and events, such as meetings, product launches and presentations. Be inspired by our Banquet Sales staff, who will be happy to tell you more about the conference center or to show you the possibilities per meeting room during a personal (digital) tour.

Meeting room with car lift

It is possible to place heavy materials in one meeting room, Region 2, by means of a goods lift (scissor lift). This meeting room is especially suitable for meetings and product launches where large objects are displayed. Industry Hall 3: versatile space for meetings and events

Discover Industry Hall 3 at Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim - Leiden, a versatile space perfect for meetings, dinners, and various types of events. With an area of 37 m² and dimensions of 8x5x3 meters, this hall provides a comfortable environment for diverse purposes.

Features of the hall

Industry Hall 3 is set up as a fixed boardroom arrangement for 14 people. Equipped with modern facilities, including audiovisual equipment, to ensure smooth proceedings for your events. Comparable in size and setup to Industry Hall 4 and Industry Hall 5.

Flexibility and additional options

In addition to meetings and dinners, Industry Hall 3 can also serve as extra space during large congresses. Think of it as a breakout area, dressing room, or workshop space. Its versatility effortlessly adapts to different requirements, making it a valuable addition to your event.

Our dedicated sales team is always available to assist you in planning and organizing your event in Industry Hall 3. Furthermore, our halls are equipped with a Service Caller, allowing you to easily request assistance from our staff at any time.
