GENERAL CONDITIONS + COVID’19 guidelines

Deposit payment

We require the following down payment terms:

  • 60% Deposit - 2 months before arrival date
  • 20% Deposit - 1 month before arrival date

If the term for the down payments has already been expired when making the reservation, we ask you to pay 80% of the reservation value within 48 hours after making the reservation.

The amount already paid will be deducted from the final invoice. The final invoice will be send after at the end of the meeting and must be paid within 14 days after the invoice date.

Cancellation policy individual reservation
(< 9 rooms)

Individual room reservations can be canceled free of charge until 12:00 on the day of arrival. If the room (s) are canceled after this time or in case of a no show, 100% of the reservation value of the first night will be charged. When booking multiple nights, only the first night will be charged and subsequent nights will be canceled free of charge. If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the full payment will be kept by the hotel.

Cancellation policy rooms
(> 9 rooms)

We apply the following conditions for group reservations:

  • > 56 days before arrival date: change and cancel free of charge
  • 56 - 43 days before arrival date: a maximum of 25 nights can be canceled free of charge, for each other canceled night € 25.00 will be charged.
  • 42 – 28 days before arrival date: a maximum of 15 nights can be canceled free of charge, for each other canceled night € 35.00 will be charged.
  • 28 – 14 days before arrival date: a maximum of 5 nights can be canceled free of charge, for each other canceled night
    € 50.00 will be charged.
  • 13 - 5 days before arrival date: € 75.00 will be charged for each other canceled night
  • 5 - 1 day (s) before arrival date: € 95.00 will be charged for each other canceled night
  • On the day of arrival / no - show: 100% for each other canceled night will be charged

Cancellation conditions quotation / invoice amount up to a maximum of € 950.00 (excluding room nights)

  • > 7 days before the start of the meeting: cancel free of charge
  • 7 - 4 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • 3 - 0 days before the start of the meeting: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • No-show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged

Cancellation conditions quotation / invoice amount up to a maximum of € 2.500,00 (excluding room nights)

  • > 14 days before the start of the meeting: cancel free of charge
  • 14 - 7 days before the start of the meeting: 60% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • 6 - 4 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • 3 - 0 days before the start of the meeting: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • No-show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged

Cancellation conditions quotation / invoice amount up to a maximum of € 5.000,00 (excluding room nights)

  • > 28 days before the start of the meeting: cancel free of charge
  • 28 - 14 days before the start of the meeting: 50% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • 13 - 7 days before the start of the meeting: 60% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • 6 - 4 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • Within 72 hours: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • No-show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged 

Cancellation conditions quotation / invoice amount as of € 5.000,00 (excluding room nights)

  • 6 months before the start of the meeting: cancel free of charge
  • 6 - 3 months before the start of the meeting: 50% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • 90 - 56 days before the start of the meeting: 60% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • 55 - 28 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • 27 - 0 days before the start of the meeting: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
  • No-show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged

Change in number of guests (meeting and F&B packages)

  • 28 days before the start of the meeting: unlimited changes to the number of guests possible.
  • 28 - 14 days before the start of the meeting: maximum 50% reduction of the originally contracted number of reserved guests possible, increase is possible free of charge depending on the room capacity.
  • 13 - 7 days before the start of the meeting: maximum 25% reduction of the originally contracted number of reserved guests possible, increase is possible free of charge depending on the room capacity.
  • 6 to 3 working days before the reservation date: maximum 10% reduction of the originally contracted number of reserved guests possible, increase is possible free of charge depending on the room capacity.
  • Within 72 hours: 100% of the originally contracted number of reserved guests will be charged

If we do not receive changes in numbers, the contractually agreed number of persons will be charged to you.

Uniform conditions for the catering industry

At points where this framework agreement is in conflict with the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry this agreement prevail.
