Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen

Enjoy 'the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen'. The dunes are at most 3400 hectares and lies between Zandvoort and Noordwijk. In the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen area, 2/3 of the drinking water for Amsterdam has been purified since 1853.

At each of the four main entrance of the dune, there are two fixed walking routes that are easy to follow via the colored wings. There are also walking routes with maps and two routes especially for children with assignments. In addition, excursions and activities are organized.

At the visitor center in Vogelenzang you can find a map, hiking trails and tips on the dune.

A day ticket costs € 1.50 and is for sale at the ATMs at the four main entrance. A day parking ticket costs € 2, - per car at a time, payable at the ATM at the entrance of the dune.

There are four main entrances of the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen:
