In large halls, the wagons of the Flower Parade of the Flower Bulb Region are provided by hundreds of volunteers with scented and colorful spring flowers such as hyacinths, daffodils, tulips and many other bulb flowers, in just three days time.
The construction days take place at DeLeeuw Flowerbulbs in Sassenheim. This flower bulb company has been hosting the construction days for years and is located near Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim - Leiden. One cannot just walk in just like that; an admission ticket can be purchased at the ticket office and it is also possible to book a guided tour if you would like more detailed information about the floats!
