Kaagrace in Warmond

On the second Saturday in June, more than 1000 tough rowers gather at the Kaagsociëteit to compete for the Kaagcup during the Kaagrace in Warmond; the largest rowing event on the Hollandsche Plassen. Start and finish take place by the starting tower at the Kaagsociëteit.

Following a successful Kaagrace in 2023, a cozy and sporty Kaagrace on the Kagerplassen is once again being organized this year. On Saturday, June 8, 2024, the 16th edition of the KAAGRACE will be rowed with an expected participation of over 100 rowing boats and 1000 rowers, hopefully accompanied by delightful weather and, above all, plenty of conviviality during this annual rowing festival. This year, the Kaagrace in Warmond is also a nominated competition for the Dutch Championship for the Pilot Gigs and FSN nominated for the rowing sloops.
