Sea Life Scheveningen

Would you like to get to know the underwater world better? Then pay a visit to SEA LIFE Scheveningen. Meet fantastic animals such as sharks, rays, starfish, piranhas and much more! Through the underwater tunnel you can see the sea turtles swimming just above your head. Fun for young and old!

Public transport

SEA LIFE Scheveningen can be reached in an hour from our hotel by public transport. Start your journey at Sassenheim railway station. This station is approximately 10 minutes walking distance from our hotel. From here you can continue your journey by train towards SEA LIFE. For the exact transfer locations and departure times, we recommend that you consult the NS website.

Parking

Our hotel is located next to the A44, which is ideal if you want to go sightseeing by car. SEA LIFE can be reached from our hotel in about 25 minutes. When entering The Hague, follow the signs for Scheveningen Bad, you will then drive in the direction of the Kurhaus. Pay attention! Do not continue to Strandweg, as it is a one-way street and will take you to the harbor where you cannot turn back to drive back.

Unfortunately SEA LIFE does not have its own parking facilities, but they do offer you a special rate if you use the Strand parking garage. After your visit, you can buy a ticket at the desk with a 50% discount on your parking time. It is a 15-minute walk from the Strand parking garage to SEA LIFE Scheveningen.

Rent a bike

Rent a regular bicycle or an e-bike at the reception of our hotel and cycle to SEA LIFE in 1.5 hours! After your visit to the large sea aquarium, you can easily discover Scheveningen by bicycle.

Discover the surroundings

SEA LIFE is located on the boulevard of Scheveningen, so you can enjoy the beach and the boulevard after your visit. You can also walk from SEA LIFE to the Pier of Scheveningen in about 6 minutes. Of course it is also nice to walk around Scheveningen itself, where many restaurants and nice shops are located.
